The meeting will be held at the LASP Space Science Building (SPSC), University of Colorado East Campus Research Park, 3665 Discovery Drive, Boulder, CO 80303, in room W120.

Parking at LASP

Parking at SPSC is $18 for the duration of the meeting. To request a parking permit click here. Bring cash or check to pay at the front desk when you arrive.

Lunches During Workshop

Lunch options are sparse near east campus so we have arranged to have sandwiches available for the lunch break on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please indicate any dietary restrictions here.

The Best Western Plus Boulder Inn is offering a special rate of $169 per night to conference attendees. Please book by July 9. This rate is good for arrival on Monday August 9 and departure Thursday August 12. Reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to guarantee the rate.
